Bill has 30 years experience in senior leadership roles having worked for large multi national corporates like Diageo before moving into Med Tech in various International senior leadership roles. 

These have included Group Director and Emerging Markets Director at Johnson & Johnson. He has also worked for Wright Medical, Paragon 28 as Managing Director as well and a number of med tech start ups. 

Bill is a qualified Coach and understands what it takes to get the best out of teams and people, blending his career experience and his MSc study of elite athlete psychology. He has a particular focus on resilience, mental toughness under pressure and Elite Team Performance

Rob is an experienced commercial leader with extensive sales and marketing experience with companies such as Stryker, Lima and Enovis. 

Rob has worked in medical devices for over 30 years, in both blue chip and private equity backed companies with a career in roles in R&D, sales representative, regional sales manager, national sales manager, business unit direct to General Manager roles.

Rob has an interest in personal development and has completed a Business Management course at Harvard and Executive Coaching at University of Cape Town.
